Terms of Service

Effective date: April 1, 2026 · Last updated: April 1, 2026

Welcome to CoreFlow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoreFlow mobile application (“App”) and related services offered by CoreFlow (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

CoreFlow is a productivity application that implements workflows inspired by the CORE methodology (Capture, Organize, Review, Engage). The CORE Workflow and related educational framing are attributed to Jeff Su. CoreFlow is an independent product; it is not endorsed by Jeff Su unless expressly stated in writing. You acknowledge that methodology credit belongs to the original creator and that your use of the App does not create any affiliation beyond what we disclose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material adverse changes where practicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required by Apple, Google, and applicable law (typically 13+, or higher where required). If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts and authentication

You may sign in using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or other methods we support. You are responsible for:

Notify us at rahuljindal121@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

CoreFlow may offer free access with optional paid subscriptions (for example, Monthly and Annual Premium).

Free trials or promotional pricing, if offered, will be described at purchase. Statutory rights in your country may apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, code, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business productivity in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content (tasks, notes, and data you enter). You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the App for you.

7. Third-party services

The App may rely on Firebase, Google, Apple, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability or practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Productivity methodologies (including CORE) are educational frameworks; results depend on your use; we do not guarantee any outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoreFlow and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Termination

By you — You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. Cancel subscriptions via the App Store or Play Store as described above.

By us — We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we must comply with law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

Unless a mandatory law of your country says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate for CoreFlow’s operating entity (to be confirmed with legal counsel before publication), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

For consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may benefit from mandatory local consumer protections and local dispute resolution bodies.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law or platform rules. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. You also acknowledge the CORE Workflow methodology attribution to Jeff Su as described in Section 1.
